The battery itself is great, as others have mentioned. But I’d like to also give a shout out to the customer service. I had an issue with the battery about a year in. Sent them a quick email, they double checked a couple of things and concluded it was a manufacturing defect. Then immediately sent me a replacement. Then followed up after a few days to ensure it was all good. Customer for life.

The product appears to be of good quality. The assembly posed no problem. You can rely on tutorials available on the internet to carry out the operation. Since the installation of the battery, the PC has found a new form with good autonomy of around 3h30 in activity. It remains to be judged over time. I recommend this product!

had this battery for a couple of months. It has worked great with no issues. Functions as well as the factory original, but haven't had it long enough to determine if the battery will last as long as the original. Price was reasonable. Highly satisfied thus far.

Product arrived as promised and in good time too. Fit the LG V20 perfectly and the back cover closed right up without issue. Seems to hold a charge well. Time will tell I guess but for right now this was the perfect replacement battery for my LG V20.
