Can you ship to Northern Ireland?

I am in Belfast, Northern Ireland, which is still part of the UK, but your website mistakenly excluded me from purchasing a replacement battery when entering my full address. What should I do?

Our batteries can only be purchased and shipped through our official website or our partnered logistics channels. What should I do if my package shows as delivered but I never received it?
