Battery was the correct one and fitted my HP laptop. Battery package was delivered through the letterbox which meant i did not have to be at home. That is a big plus.

I didn`t really want to give them this importance anyway, but they`re the greatest scammers of them all. I ordered my battery late March and I was very excited because I got a good deal out of it.. too good to be true almost.I waited 1 month for the initial delivery, after periods of time where I thought it got lost. anyhow, it got here, and I was ready to upgrade my laptop. If only it was the right battery. spoiler, it wasn`t. I tried contacting them to get some info on what happened and they reassured me that they`re going to send another one. great!it`s been 1 month since that conversation, along with terrible customer service and delivery services. if you try to get some more information about tracking and state of your order. the emails you`ll get back will be FULLY derogatory. no exact info, no exact data, nothing. Save yourself some money and don`t order from them.

Price was good, shipping was fast. Battery worked great for a few months but suddenly stopped taking a charge. After reaching out to the manufacturer they promptly offered a replacement which arrived here within a 14 days. Obviously I would have preferred for the original to last longer but as long as they stand behind their products like they do I have zero complaints.
