Overall, the price was reasonable, arrived on time and worked well. I think they could have mentioned the fact that it's a different shape!

At first, I thought they had sent the wrong battery for my laptop, as the battery received was in a very different shape. My old laptop battery was flush with the bottom of the laptop. The new product has a sort of raised stand on the battery so that the laptop can be tilted slightly from the table. I guess this keeps the laptop cooler even more. Anyway, since it's such a different shape, I was about to send it back, but in reality, it was the correct battery, and it did fit. The extra size means it has more capacity.
